These whimsical creations honoring the Mexican tradition of Los Dias de los Muertos (better known to us gringos as Days of the Dead) bring a smile to even the most humorless skeptic around. Take "Trailer Trish" for example. I'm sure we have all met a character like her. Coming from the midwest, I guarantee you I have known several ladies with her characteristics.

If "Trailer Trish" was remembered by her fictional family and friends, they probably would share stories of her tacky curlers and the embarassing garment she would hang on the clothes line in the front yard of her trailer. Her kids (all twelve of them out of wedlock from their 10 fathers) would be mortified, but they would laugh while sharing their memories during their Sunday get togethers.

All paintings are created with acrylic and enamel paints and have various props adhered to the canvas. Stock sizes are 16 x 20 and 24 x 36. As with all my I.C. Ded Peeples creations, you can order a creation in any size and with any character you would like. If a particular painting has been sold, a new one of a kind painting will be created for you, but keep in mind, although the subject matter will remain the same, the color, props, and character will differ from the photo you see on the website. Afterall, each I.C. Ded Peeples creation is a one of a kind.
